Kraftwerk is the debut studio album by German electronic band Kraftwerk. It was released in Germany in 1970, and produced by Konrad Conny Plank. Chief Kraftwerk members Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider used two drummers during the recording of the album Andreas Hohmann and Klaus Dinger. Their playing provides the music with a rock edge. This proves to be quite distinct from Hütter and Schneider's previous band Organisation, or the following pair of Kraftwerk albums, Kraftwerk 2 and Ralf und. Kraftwerk - Kraftwerk Full Album. Ruckzuck is a song by German electronic band Kraftwerk from album Kraftwerk which was released in November 1970. The song was re-released in the compilation album Exceller 8, without the opening flute-echo intro. The song has a tightly arranged opening section that includes a dramatic change of tempo, before an extended and largely percussive middle section, with an even faster reprise of the opening theme to end the piece. Following an extended drone opening played on keyboards. Stream Ruckzuck by Kraftwerk official from desktop or your mobile online to Kraftwerk - Ruckzuck and see which albums it appears on. Kraftwerk - Ruckzuck. Ruckzuck Live 1971. Your Rating. Kraftwerks debut album barely exists its been quietly ushered out of the official records by de facto leader Hütter. A pity, really. Its not tearing up any trees in the 31st century electronica stakes, but its still a fascinating record. More of a full band at this point, Kraftwerk are skirting around the edges of free jazz on Ruckzuck with Schneider mucking about on the flute, of all things, and not for the last time and getting motorik on the epic Stratovarius. The centrepiece of Kraftwerks 2004 tour, this comeback album saw them freewheel effortlessly into the 21st century. Lets be honest though they were there already

If you want to get this record for the 22min version of "Ruckzuck", simply forget it. The mastering and pressing on this record are horrible beyond believe. Plus the arrangement on the live versions is pretty much only redundant drumming and endless distorted e-guitar improvisations, nothing in comparison with the "official" versions.

The sole exception is "Rückstoss Gondolaro", which has good mastering and was recorded on a much better and more original Kraftwerk session. So A1 is worth the buying, the rest I can only recommend to Kraftwerk perfectionists.
